About Tony Kraemer, Head Instructor

Tony Kraemer is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, (Psy.D.) specializing in the assessment and evaluation of emotionally disturbed children. He has practiced Aikido Kokikai since 1990 while in college at the Pennsylvania State University. He has been teaching since 1994 when he founded the Lehigh Valley Aikido Kokikai dojo (school) in Nazareth, PA. Since then, the school has moved and grown several times, but the core ideas and values have never changed. Sensei Kraemer seeks to teach his aikidokai (students) basic principles of Aikido Kokikai practice, as well as more advanced concepts as his students progress.

Tony believes in everyone's right to defend themselves and the ones they love. He is committed to helping others not only learn to effectively avoid danger and protect themselves from attack, but also to help improve their lives through training to improve their physical health, mental awareness, and self-confidence. He founded the Peaceful Warrior Systems school to help teach others the ways he has learned, and to contribute and foster the growth in both arts. He is available for public classes, private lessons, and seminars. Tony has provided Private Security to several local venues, and lectures on the topics of personal security and safety, situational awareness, and threat assessment. He also has lectured on mental health topics, and is a Motivational Speaker
